• Full payment or deposit is required to secure your booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations between 24 and 2 hours before incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations within 2 hours or no‑shows incur the full service fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pet and contact information.
• Prepare a calm space at home for the procedure.
• Be present with your pet throughout the service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Professional Standards

• All procedures are performed by a licensed veterinarian.
• We follow UK veterinary guidelines and best practices for animal welfare.

• Our services focus on end‑of‑life comfort. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond humane euthanasia.
• We are not liable for emotional distress, except in cases of proven negligence.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the service fee you paid.
